2. Choose Printer Maintenance, then select Update the Printer
   
3. Touch Printer Update Options, then select Do Not Check – No
   
4. Select Manage Updates

For Keyboard-Equipped Printers

1. Press the OK button to enter the Main Menu and choose Setup
   
2. Choose Printer Maintenance
   
3. Choose Update Firmware, then press OK to continue when prompted
   
4. Choose Update Options and turn off updates, then press OK to continue when prompted
   
5. Find Manage Updates under Update the Printer option
   
6. Choose Allow Updates, then select No and press OK when prompted

Nearly all our compatible & remanufactured imaging supplies (laser, fax, and inkjet cartridges) are made in factories that are ISO9001, ISO14001, and STMC certified. Our factories must produce our products using strict quality control (QC) procedures and utilize continuous process improvements. Raw materials are to be inspected to ensure they meet incoming quality requirements, and all finished cartridges are to be print-tested to insure they function properly prior to final packaging. All cartridges are to be traceable with unique lot number stickers in case there is a quality issue. The factories are to perform cartridge life-cycle testing confirming that page yields are at least equal to the OEM cartridge along with similar print quality.

• Our compatible & remanufactured cartridges now have a 1-year Warranty to be free from defects in material workmanship and performance.
• If at any time, our cartridges fail to perform, we will replace the cartridge or issue a credit.
• All returned cartridges are weighed, and if a cartridge is found to be empty or with less than 10% volume, then no refund or free replacement will be given.
• Our warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, modification, or abuse of the cartridge.
• We will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
• If the laser printer or MFP device is found to have been damaged due to the use of our compatible or remanufactured toner cartridges, then we will reimburse for the repair or replacement of the machine for up to one year from the date of purchase.
• We reserve the right to hire an independent technician to determine the cause of any reported machine damage.
• To process an RMA, resellers will need the following:
  1. Part number of item and invoice that the cartridge was purchased on. If no invoice is provided, we will use the most recent invoice to return against.
  2. Batch number on the cartridge that is defective and to be returned. We can not process the return without this information provided. Batch numbers are located on the cartridge itself and is alpha-numeric.
  3. Do not discard the defective cartridge until information is provided on how to finish processing the RM

Our 1-Year Warranty does not include:

• Unopened or unused product in or out of packaging. Resellers have 60 days to return any unused toner cartridges and there will be a 15% restocking fee assessed.
• Resellers requesting a return label will be charged $18.50 per label.

THE NATIONWIDE PRIME TEMPLATE

We’re going to start with making sure you have a Nationwide Prime template, and that the settings on the template are correct.

Adding Warehouse Locations

1. 1. Start by logging into your Seller Central account and then go to SETTINGS -> SHIPPING SETTINGS.
   2. On the left side of the screen, click GENERAL SETTINGS.
   3. Under DEFAULT SHIPPING ADDRESS, click EDIT.

1. 1. You should see the address of our Sparks Warehouse in your settings already. We’re going to add the Memphis and Lewisberry addresses as well. Click ADD A NEW ADDRESS.

1. 1. Label the first “TN WAREHOUSE”. The address is: 3892 Delp St, Memphis, TN 38118
   2. Label the second “PA WAREHOUSE”. The address is: 505 Industrial Dr, Lewisberry, PA 17339
   3. Use your phone number and email address for each address.
   4. Click SAVE after each address.

1. 1. After you have added the last address, click SAVE to return to SHIPPING SETTINGS, then click SHIPPING TEMPLATES in the upper left.

Activating Regional Automation

• • IF YOU DON’T HAVE A TEMPLATE CALLED “Nationwide Prime”, click CREATE NEW SHIPPING TEMPLATE. When prompted, make sure “Create a New Shipping Template” is selected and click OK.

• IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A TEMPLATE CALLED “Nationwide Prime”, select it from the list on the left, and click EDIT TEMPLATE.

1. 1. Make sure your template is called “Nationwide Prime” – THIS IS VITAL as our system will be looking for that template when activating Prime-eligible products. Move down to SHIPPING REGION AUTOMATION and turn it on.

1. 1. On SHIP-TO LOCATION, activate all three of our warehouse locations, then click NEXT.

1. 1. On FULFILLMENT TYPE PREFERENCES, you need to select the possible shipping options available for Prime shipping. Supplies Wholesalers will ship using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Check those three boxes, then click NEXT.

1. For SHIPPING OPTIONS, we need to try and optimize our delivery promises so we meet Amazon’s requirement without costing you too much money in shipping.
   THESE ARE THE INITIAL SETTINGS, AND MAY NEED TO BE CHANGED BASED ON PERFORMANCE OVER TIME.
   • Under TWO-DAY DELIVERY, make sure UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air are select. For UPS Ground, select ZONE 4. For UPS 2nd Day Air, select ZONE 6.
   • Under ONE-DAY DELIVERY, select *only* UPS Ground at this time, and select ZONE 2. While UPS Next Day Air may need to be added as we collect additional data, adding Next Day Air service increases the chance that your shipping costs will increase significantly.
2. After you’ve made these changes, click CONFIRM. This will take you back to the SHIPPING TEMPLATE.

Final Template Changes

While most of this template is now being handled by Amazon, there are several changes we’ll need to make.

1. First, make sure SAME DAY handling time is selected.
2. Second, go through all the DOMESTIC SHIPPING methods (Standard, Two-Day, One-Day) and turn off all PO Box shipping.
3. After you’ve made these changes, click SAVE.

Order Fulfillment Settings

Now that we have the template set up, we need to give Amazon some additional information on how we’re going to fulfill orders.

1. 1. Let’s go back to GENERAL SHIPPING SETTINGS, in the upper left, and then click EDIT under ORDER FULFILLMENT SETTINGS. Now- the first time you visit here, you may get presented with a tutorial. To exit the tutorial, simply click SAVE in the upper righthand corner. This will take you back to the GENERAL SHIPPING SETTINGS screen, and you’ll need to click EDIT under ORDER FULFILLMENT settings again.

1. 1. First, enable Saturday Operation, then scroll down to WEEKEND OPERATION SETTINGS and click the ENABLE WEEKEND OPERATIONS button.

1. 1. This will open up the Weekend Operations settings. Make sure under WEEKEND OPERATION SETTINGS you have “Prime Offers Only” selected, then uncheck the Sunday box (since we only operate on Saturday) and click SAVE.

That’s it- you’ve completed the new Nationwide Prime template setup!

While it appears the firmware won’t be upgraded automatically, should you or your customers initiate an upgrade, or buy one of the affected models manufactured in November 2020 and beyond, they may experience a “Supply Memory Error” message when using non-OEM cartridges, and the printer will cease printing.

Disable Automatic Firmware Updates

While it may seem that keeping your device’s firmware up-to-date is a no-brainer, automatically updating allows OEMs to push code designed to force you to use their overpriced cartridges.

We recommend turning off automatic updates and not choosing to update firmware unless the manufacturer announces a critical system update.

To turn off automatic updates:

1. From the home screen, select SETUP
2. Select SERVICE
3. Select LASERJET UPDATE
4. Select MANAGE UPDATES
5. Select CHECK AUTOMATICALLY
6. Select OFF then select HOME to return to the home screen

The SBA has a variety of resources available to help you. (Your bank may already be set up to offer SBA loans, so check with them first!)

• Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program. The SBA offers targeted, low-interest loans to small businesses impacted by the Coronavirus. The working capital loans can provide up to $2 million in support.
• SBA Express Bridge Loans. Bridge loans provide smaller loan amounts (up to $25k), but have a quicker turnaround time, and you may qualify for a Bridge Loan while waiting for a decision on your Economic Injury Disaster Loan.
• Business Guidance. The SBA has compiled a list of facts, guidance, and information about COVID-19 that can be extremely helpful in keeping you, your employees, and your customers, safe.
• Capital and Export Assistance. In addition to the EIDL and Bridge Loans, the SBA has a lending match tool that connects small businesses to participating SBA-approved lenders, and several export loans / lines of credit to help you secure inventory.
• Government Contracting. The SBA can assist you and your customers in maintaining current government contracts.
• Local Assistance. In addition to its online resources, the SBA has a number of local offices and partners to help you.
